I think this is a really bad lcoipy change. You changed the mail to address and then say sorry if the post office doesn’t get it here on time its late. You are the only company I’ve ever heard of doing this. Personally I would prefer to pay online. But you charge over $2 per transaction and I have multiple account numbers so I end up paying over $5 just to pay my bill. If I could pay multiple accounts in one transaction I would be fine. But I’m not going to pay over $50 a year just to pay my electric bill.

What happened, I have been trying to make payment of my mobil no. 9822400540 bill for last 45 days on the site of ideacellular.com but the page’my search’ opens opens every time. and have bben unable to make the payment some thing wrong woth the website. and in the process I have missed the payby date too. so u claming late fee but i request u your system problem
